Shipping

When will my order ship?
Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and international orders within 5 business days.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been sent out, typically within 2 days after you receive your order confirmation email.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
All U.S. orders ship free, so I do not offer local delivery for online orders. There is one exception: If you purchase one of my limited-release wall sculptures, I offer free local delivery and installation.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
I fulfill orders quickly so please email coreyrobbinsdesign@gmail.com for urgent needs and I will work with you for a prompt order adjustment.

I want to place an order as a gift, do you offer a gift note option?
Yes! Simply add your custom note in the “order special instructions” section of your cart before completing checkout. Don’t worry, I never include the price on any of the packages that ship out.

Returns

Do you offer free returns?
Items in their original, undamaged condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (including shipping!) Please email coreyrobbinsdesign@gmail.com to begin processing your return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or I suspect items were stolen?

  1. Please photograph the damaged order and packaging before discarding anything.
  2. Email coreyrobbinsdesign@gmail.com and attach all photos along with your inquiry.
  3. You have 7 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your damaged or missing package.

Product Quality

Do you use AI to generate your artwork?
No. I have never and will never use AI to create my visual artwork. Every piece I make is the result of a hands-on, intentional process rooted in personal vision and creative exploration. While AI-generated art has become widespread, I believe it often lacks the depth, story, and human connection that gives artwork its soul. Additionally, I have ethical concerns about how AI is trained and the source of its visual references. My goal is to create work that is authentically me.

What materials do you use for your original paintings?

I use professional-grade acrylic paints on sealed and gessoed wood panels and gallery-quality canvas. The wood panels are carefully sealed to prevent any long-term discoloration from natural contaminants, ensuring the artwork remains stable over time. Regardless of the surface, all pieces are created with high-quality materials designed for longevity and visual impact.

Are your prints simply photocopies of your originals?
Some lower-priced art prints are produced using general fax and print centers. These typically use standard inks and paper, which can lead to dull colors and prints that fade or yellow over time.

In contrast, I work with professional fine art printers who use archival pigment inks on 100% cotton cold press paper, often referred to as giclée printing. These prints are carefully color-matched to the original artwork and capture subtle detail and texture.

If you're looking for rich, lasting color and museum-quality presentation, this is the only printing method that truly preserves the integrity of the art.

What materials do you use for your prints?
All prints, whether open edition or limited edition, are printed on cold press fine art papers. They are archival-grade, made from 100% cotton rag, and printed using archival inks.

Prints

Do you sell prints, too?
While I primarily focus on original art, I do offer fine art prints exclusively to my email subscribers. Subscribers receive early access to new prints, and are kept informed through a maximum of one email per month.
